Mark has a lifelong passion for aviation. Having started working with Ansett New Zealand in the 80’s and also completing his CPL / Instrument rating, he then moved into IT / high tech and set up a number of aviation software businesses that produced solutions to airlines across the globe.

Mark is passionate about technology and how to "do things better’. His ability to think big but also to focus on the minutia, coupled with his ‘can-do’ attitude, is a formidable combination.

Mark brings his worldly experience, financial acumen, customer centricity and ethical business practices to MYJET. Most recently, Mark’s current business was acquired by a large Canadian multinational.

Nigel is a senior pilot with over 20,000 flight hours and has flown for four international legacy carriers.

As an airline captain on B777, he has operated into 95% of the world's major airports over the past 30 years.

He has developed and maintains an excellent risk management approach, ‘safety first’ evidenced by a zero-accident and violation-free record.

Nigel has significant experience in Polar, EDTO and Atlantic/Pacific operations, challenging environments and multi-cultural operations.

He has also trained with many highly respected global companies such as Emirates, Korean Air, Canadian Airlines, British Airways, Britannia, Air New Zealand, Air Mauritius, CAE and Boeing Flight Training.
